Terms of Service
Introduction
Effective 12 June 2026 Frendis is a social platform operated from Barcelona, Spain, that helps people find friends through shared offline activities — coffee, sport, walks, exhibitions, and more. These Terms govern your use of frendis.app. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. WHO CAN USE FRENDIS
You must be at least 16 years old to use Frendis. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Frendis is currently available in Barcelona only.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to provide accurate, up-to-date profile information.
3. WHAT FRENDIS IS — AND IS NOT
Frendis is for finding friends and activity partners. It is not a dating service. Using it for romantic solicitation or sexual purposes is prohibited. Activities must be real, offline, and in-person.
4. COMMUNITY RULES
You agree not to: — harass, threaten, or harm other users — create fake profiles or impersonate others — post spam, advertisements, or illegal content — share another person's private information without consent — use the Service for any unlawful purpose Violations may result in content removal or account suspension.
5. YOUR CONTENT
You own the content you post on Frendis (profile information, activity descriptions, messages, reviews). By posting, you grant Frendis a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and transmit that content within the Service. You confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
6. OUR LIABILITY
Frendis is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that you will find activity partners. Frendis is not responsible for the conduct of other users or for anything that occurs at offline activities. Always use your own judgement when meeting people in person. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed €100.
7. TERMINATION
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
